Smitdfield`s Chicken `N Bar-B-Que in Laurinburg

Ordered the BBQ plate with double slaw and the order I was given was a chicken and BBQ plate with slaw and potatoes salad not what I ordered.

I stop here a lot while traveling. Great food. I love the fried chicken and BBQ. The BBQ is vinegar based. Awesome sweet tea with the small crunchy ice. Great service and they have a drive thru.

I love their juicy chicken,..i also gave the workers 100%.They are doing a good and clean job...

Pricey, but the service paid for the extra cost. The management was extremely friendly. Even after making a mistake on my order and having to drive the 20 mins to return, they replaced the entire order and then some instead of fixing the 1 thing.I'm very pleased with how quickly and kindly they fixed the order for us, and will be returning regularly if they continue with this kind of top notch service.Oh and the food was fantastic also!!!

Smithfield's is the best. It is one of the things I miss most about living in NC. Fast, warm and tasty BBQ. The Brunswick Stew is the best, restaurant style or homemade.The service is always good, lots to choose from. The BBQ, hushpuppies, fried chicken and tea are all good.

Chris and Nola Lee stopped here as our first night on the way to our honeymoon. Everyone was amazingly kind, courteous, and friendly! The manager on duty was even kind enough to comp our meal. Bonus that the place was clean and the food was delicious! Made our wedding day even more amazing and special, created a precious memory! Thank you so much!

Got a to go order, got home and the order was wrong. Drove back and the manager immediately fixed my order and made my order again so our family could eat a hot meal together. Love the new interior and friendly staff!

Wooooo boy! 19 years since I've had Smithfield's and I was not disappointed! Place was busy, but the food was hot and fast! Staff was freaking awesome! Pulled pork, coleslaw, hush puppies and sweet tea!!! I'm in heaven. Thanks for the great service!

The food is pretty good here. Fried comfort food and sweet tea, hard to go wrong ;)Restaurant was clean even though it was jam packed and a line across the entire restaurant. Restrooms were also clean, again even when the long lines.

Due to this pandemic we were still able to enjoy our food with great food and great service.

We stopped here on the way back from the beach. I used to live near one of their restaurants but moved away years ago. I stop by one if I see it during my travels. I always get a pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw on it and get a tub of the pulled pork and a bottle of their BBQ sauce to take home. I wish they had a store closer to Monroe. They would definitely have a huge number of customers! Besides the pulled pork they offer other things like fried chicken and a good variety of sides.. They also have Brunswick Stew. The prices are good too. Just writing this review makes me crave something from their restaurant. I would definitely recommend a visit to their place and will be getting my usual when I go to the beach!

Fantastic barbeque sandwiches, very moist and tender. I also love their fried chicken. It was juicy and delicious, as well. The service was friendly and helpful and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I stopping to get a To go order on the way back home to Augusta Ga placed my order and when I got home I was shorted 2 Brunswick Stews. This is the 2nd time this has happened .Last time they left out my BBQ Obviously not going to drive back to Laurinburg it really annoys me.

It was a quick stop. The service was friendly. The restroom was clean and well stocked. The food was delicious and glad they were on my way off the highway.

Food was delish! Service was exceptional! Best of all, they followed COVID 19 regulations to the letter. Constantly disinfecting the tables and chairs.

Delicious chicken and BBQ at a good price. The service was also very good even though the restaurant was packed. Long line moved quickly. Restroom was clean.

Well I always buy bagged ice and it's 2.49 a bag. They was doing really good on giving you your money's worth but today I bought two bags and the bags were mostly air. Instead of using a twist tie you could use the empty bag and tie it closed. So thumbs down on this service. You should be ashamed.👎👎👎👎👏👎👎💔💔💔💔💔😜😜😜😜😜😜😜

The BBQ pulled pork was really good loved it was quite the surprise. The fried chicken was different but not in a bad way, was seasoned and crisped differently more of a shake and bake or homestyle.

For fast food the pork pulled barbecue is pretty good. Their standard sauce is fairly spicy just the way I like it. The pork was fairly moist and flavorful but not up the the par of some of the Lexington-style barbecue I have had throughout the state.Stay away from the potato salad unless you really like mayonnaise. It seemed that there was more mayonnaise than potatoes or other ingredients- just not to my taste. The drive through service was quick and efficient and I will return on my next trip to the beach because it is about half-way there and convenient off Hwy 74.

Best fried chicken potato salad and hush puppies ive ever had

AMAZING! I'm not the biggest fan of Carolina-style BBQ but MAN, this place does it well! Their sauce is delicious and sides are spot-on. My favorites are their baked beans and cole slaw. The beans have a solid amount of pulled pork in them and the hint of mustard and sweetness in the slaw is killer! Their hush puppies are addictive too! As a big a fan of BBQ as I am though, I couldn't help but go crazy over their chicken!!!! WOW! The seasoning and crispiness of their batter is insane and you could drown in the juiciness of their chicken....Super clean facilities, fantastic and friendly service AND discounts for military and civil servants just make this place a friggin' gem. I'm incredibly sad that we don't have one of these out in Western Florida....

I went here to pick up some ice. My wife and daughter love their ice. My wife also likes their Bar-B-Q.

Food was Excellent They came to the table to make sure we had all we needed with a smile no less. Impressed

The barbecue is good, it seems like the portions have definitely gotten smaller in the last 12 months or so. I really wish they offered crinkle cut fries as well

I have eaten here many, many times. If today had been my first time, I would never return. The food here has always been quick and good. Today took forever. I ordered something that had to be cooked and it was cold the fries were cooked over a week ago and held until I got here. This was a very disappointing visit here. The main thing most people seek in a restaurant is consistency. I did not find that today.

Always great! They had a great social distancing plan and stuck to it well! Cleaning off table after use and no community sauces. Baked beans were my fav!

Not bad for a chain restaurant, edible and mediocre. So much better BBQ, Fried Chicken and are available in this part of the country

Great barbecue and fried chicken

Very good diner style service. Staff is very courteous. The hush puppies were very sweet tasting. Good fried chicken and coleslaw as well. They have someone pass your table 2-3 times offering sweet tea refills. Exemplary diner resaurant and great for family dining.

The food is always almost perfect; however, the service needs work. Cashier at drive thru very unpleasant, unfriendly. Mgmt needs to remind this guy lots of people lost hours or job altogether. Gave 4 stars because the ladies at the pick up window made up for his sullen attitude. Thanks ladies!!!
